One of Egypt’s most anticipated beach venue openings of the summer just got its headline act confirmed, and it is a strong one. Haifa Wehbe will perform live at the opening night of Sa’ada Sahel Beach on Friday, July 31st, with the show starting at 9 pm. For a North Coast season that has been building toward its peak weekend, the Lebanese superstar’s presence on opening night sets a standard that the rest of the summer will be measured against.
Why It Lands

Haifa arrives at Sa’ada Sahel Beach at what is arguably one of the most culturally charged moments of her career in years. Just weeks ago, she and Palestinian artist Saint Levant, real name Marwan Abdelhamid, paraded through the streets of Cairo on a flower-lined float, Haifa in a lavish wedding gown and Saint Levant in a white suit, with the date July 10 written on the side of the vehicle.
Bahibek Music Video

The campaign turned out to be the announcement for their collaboration, and the internet responded immediately. The pair released two consecutive singles, Bahibek on July 9th and Mitsubishi on July 10th, following a staged wedding-themed campaign across Cairo, with the Bahibek music video, filmed by Lebanese director Angy Akly Jammal, accumulating nearly one million views on YouTube within days of release.
The song blends Saint Levant’s signature multilingual style with Haifa Wehbe’s unmistakable pop energy, a collaboration that many fans never expected but were instantly excited to hear.
A Friday night opening, a North Coast crowd at its summer peak, and an artist who just delivered the Arab music moment of the season. Sa’ada Sahel Beach could not have asked for a better first night.
