The gown was cinched at the waist before flowing into a loose, voluminous silhouette with delicate pleats running throughout, ending in a short train that fell gracefully to the floor.
Kate Middleton also made a statement with Queen Elizabeth II’s necklace, which dates back 103 years. The piece was gifted by Queen Alexandra to the Queen Mother on the occasion of her wedding.
The exquisite necklace features amethyst stones accented with pearls and diamonds. Her jewelry selection also included a striking pair of pearl and white diamond earrings that once belonged to Princess Diana and were gifted to her by the renowned jewelry house Collingwood as a wedding present in 1981.
