Stars Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman celebrated the premiere of their film Practical Magic 2, which took place yesterday in Los Angeles, United States. The highly anticipated sequel is set to hit theaters worldwide on September 10.
The film’s premiere was attended by a host of its stars and filmmakers, including Joey King, Maisie Williams, Solly McLeod, Xolo Maridueña, and director Susanne Bier.
The event also welcomed a number of celebrities and public figures, including Grace Ann Nader, Brooks Nader, Celia Vázquez, and Katie Maloney.
Practical Magic 2 arrives 28 years after the release of the first installment, which was based on Alice Hoffman’s novel The Book of Magic.
The film follows sisters Sally and Gillian Owens, two witches raised by their aunts after the death of their parents, who fell victim to a family curse. The sisters grew up embracing and practicing magic.
The new installment picks up more than 25 years later, as the sisters uncover new secrets about their family history and the origins of their magical heritage.
Alongside Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman, the film stars Lee Pace, Joey King, Diane Wiest, Maisie Williams, and Solly McLeod. The screenplay was written by Akiva Goldsman, with Susanne Bier directing.

Crafted from black lace, the design featured a plunging round neckline with delicate thin straps and a fitted silhouette extending from the bodice to the waist. It then transitioned into an asymmetrical, slanted cut, finished with a bold side slit reaching above the knee.
The neckline was adorned with a separate piece of lace fabric, while she paired the look with high-heeled shoes in beige and black.
Kidman accessorized with long diamond earrings and opted for sleek, softly wavy hair. Her makeup featured subtle, soft pink tones.
