Flare PR and The Qode Are Joining Forces in Egypt

Ayman Fakoussa and Divesh Depala, Co-Founders and Managing Directors at The Qode

Cairo’s Flare PR and Dubai’s The Qode have announced a strategic partnership, and for anyone watching Egypt’s luxury market closely, the timing makes sense.

Injy Yousri Ismail, Founder of Flare PR

Flare PR, founded in 2016 by Egyptian-Italian communications professional Ingy Yousri Ismail, has spent a decade building a boutique agency with strong roots in Egypt’s fashion, design and lifestyle media landscape.

The Qode, co-founded in 2010 by Dipesh Depala and Ayman Fakoussa, operates at the other end of the scale, a regional powerhouse with a global network, working across luxury fashion, beauty, hospitality, watches and jewellery, and a partner agency of The Independents worldwide.

What It Means for Brands

The partnership puts both under one strategic roof for Egypt. Brands will get Flare PR’s local access and media relationships paired with The Qode’s regional infrastructure, covering PR, events, media relations, and talent-led campaigns. In practice, that means a brand entering or expanding in Egypt no longer has to choose between local knowledge and regional scale. They get both.

That proposition matters now more than it did five years ago. Egypt is drawing serious attention from luxury and lifestyle brands, backed by a growing consumer base, GCC investment, and a cultural influence that extends well beyond its borders. Communications agencies that can operate with genuine local fluency while plugging into a broader regional network are exactly what that moment calls for.

For Flare PR, this is a significant expansion of reach. For The Qode, it is a serious commitment to Egypt as a priority market rather than an afterthought. The partnership is effective immediately.
