In a recent interview with MBC’s Loud FM, global football icon Cristiano Ronaldo discussed his passion for promoting health and wellness through his role as co-founder of Inspire, a company focused on self-confidence, aesthetics, and hair care. The Al Nassr star also expressed his deep affection for his new host country, solidifying his commitment both on and off the pitch.

A Home in Saudi Arabia and a New Business Frontier

Beyond his record-breaking football career, Ronaldo is deeply involved in his venture, Inspire, which is expanding its presence in the Middle East with clinics in Riyadh. During the interview, the Portuguese star spoke warmly about his life in the Kingdom, referring to Saudi Arabia as his “home.” This personal connection underscores his commitment to contributing to the region’s community and wellness landscape.

Health as the “Main Key” to a Better Life

When asked why he invests his time and energy into this project amidst a demanding football schedule, Ronaldo was clear about his motivation. For him, the mission is deeply personal and fundamentally important.

“Health for me is the main key. Better health means better living, in my opinion,” Ronaldo said, outlining the core philosophy behind his business. He added a simple, altruistic goal: “We are here to help people.”

At 40 years old, Ronaldo himself is a global symbol of peak physical condition, continuing to compete at the highest level and set new athletic records, which lends powerful credibility to his wellness advocacy.

Ronaldo elaborated on the connection between external appearance and internal self-esteem, arguing that the two are powerfully intertwined. He believes that feeling good about one’s appearance can have a significant positive impact on overall confidence.

He used a light-hearted, personal example to illustrate his point, joking about his own hair. “If you see me without hair, I will not be the same person,” he said, highlighting how looking his best helps him feel more authentic and self-assured. This belief is a driving force behind Inspire’s focus on hair care and aesthetics, aiming to help others achieve that same boost in confidence.
