A New Landmark for New Cairo

MODAD Developments has launched “Brackets,” a EGP 5 billion (approx. $160 million) commercial and administrative project in New Cairo, with its most distinctive feature being Egypt’s tallest sky bridge. The 20-meter-high structure, connecting two towers on the fourth floor, will host a collection of upscale restaurants offering panoramic views of the city’s vital North 90 Street.

The project, spanning 14,325 square meters, is strategically located next to the New Cairo Government office. It is designed to be more than just a commercial complex, aiming to create an integrated ecosystem for business and dining.

Luxury Dining and Integrated Workspaces

The architectural plan dedicates independent, elegant entrances and private elevators exclusively for the sky bridge restaurants. This design provides a seamless, upscale journey for diners while freeing up ground-level space for plazas and outdoor activities.

Beyond the sky bridge, Brackets adopts a “Digital Green” concept for its office interiors, blending technology and nature through interactive screens and innovative lighting. The complex will offer approximately 5,500 square meters of premium retail space and nearly 18,000 square meters of administrative offices, all featuring generous clear heights and sleek glass façades.

An Ecosystem of Amenities

Equipped with world-class facilities, the project is designed as a self-contained environment. Amenities include a multi-story garage for over 1,200 cars, a sky lounge, wellness facilities, and centralized shared services such as meeting rooms, lounges, and a daycare center.

The development will also incorporate advanced smart-building technology, including a Building Management System (BMS), facial recognition access gates, and dedicated apps for service booking. According to Eng. Mohamed El Haddad, CEO of MODAD, the project reaffirms the company’s commitment to “shaping the future of business and culture in Egypt.”
