A Self-Sufficient City in the Middle East
According to reports, West has launched a website to recruit project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors for his futuristic city, dubbed the YZY DROAM. The website claims that the city will span 100,000 acres, making it larger than Paris and half the size of New York City. The city will also be self-sufficient, with its own energy, water, and food sources.

The American rapper has not revealed the exact location of the YZY DROAM, However, some speculate it could be in Saudi Arabia, where he has been spending a lot of time recently. Kanye West was seen recording his joint album “Vultures” with Ty Dolla $ign, as well as attending a boxing match between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou. He also ran into the fresh prince of Bel-Air, Will Smith, on a flight from Dubai to Los Angeles and posed for a photo with the actor.

This is not the first time that West has expressed interest in building his own community. In 2020, he attempted to construct a city in Wyoming, where he owns several properties, but his plans were halted by the state authorities. West also filed trademark applications for a mini-city called the Yecosystem, which would feature branded homes, stores, and food items. However, none of these projects have materialized so far.

Kanye West has not commented on his city project publicly, but he has been active on social media, where he recently announced a milestone for his Yeezy brand. He claimed that Yeezy has reached a valuation of $9 billion, making it the most valuable apparel company in history. He also thanked his fans for their support and said that he is working on new products and innovations.
Whether Kanye West will be able to realize his dream of building his own city remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: he will never stop chasing his vision. As he once said, “I refuse to accept other people’s ideas of happiness for me. As if there’s a ‘one size fits all’ standard for happiness.”
